Bernadine Harris, CEO and Founder of Elite Tax & Financial Solutions, LLC, a full-service accounting firm in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The firm began as Meriwether Financial Services, LLC over 25 years ago as an Accounting Consultant to small businesses in the DC, Maryland, VA region. We are proud to have grown to Elite Tax & Financial Solutions, LLC with an office and staff serving and advising small businesses, including non-profits across America.

Bernadine earned her degree from St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She began her Career in New York City in 1988 working for Top CPA firm Pannell Kerr Forster as an Auditor. However, it was not until she moved to Maryland in 1989 and worked for local CPA firms that she began her love of Small Business Accounting.

She enjoys helping small businesses understand how having a proper set of Financial records, tax compliance, and having your overall Business Financial life in order will help in your growth and business success. One of her greatest accomplishments is helping build a client's firm from under 20 employees to 300+ employees, along with assisting in training and staffing the firm's accounting department.
